Southern California Public Power Authority RFP, 5000 GWh

The Southern California Public Power Authority is seeking a combination of renewable energy projects to deliver 5000 GWh (2000 GWh by 2014, 3000 GWh by 2015). For the benefit of its Member Agencies, the SCPPA will hold an undivided equity interest in the facilty seand sell 100% of the output. Under consideration will also be PPAs and the option to purchase the project during the term of the agreement.
