Summary of the income structure and spending for different categories of household. What mechanisms and statistics condition the volume and composition of this consumption? What projections are available for the next 10 years? What effect is the economic crisis having on household consumption?

Is eco-responsibility a selling point? Is this in terms of recycling, carbon ratings, packaging material, product innocuity? Does the consumer confuse food safety, diet and eco-efficiency?
