1- The carbon footprint

• How to create a carbon footprint for road transport: methodology, elements to be taken into account, certification of these measures...
• What are the national and European obligations in this matter?
• What is the footprint currently registered for transport by truck?
• What are the elements that would mean this could be improved?
• Would bringing in a public carbon footprint for goods transportation encourage rail-road or water-based transport?

2- Contractor policies

• Can the major contractors play a role in the carbon footprint of their carriers? Can they have an influence on policies and force them to take measures to limit their carbon dioxide emissions, which would then enter the life-cycle of the final product?
