As environmental stewardship becomes an increasing priority for many Fortune 500 companies, endeavors to green and lean supply chains are being launched across a gamut of technology, retail, and manufacturing companies. This discussion will explore the first steps of such initiatives by examining sustainable sourcing. Working with suppliers and managing procurement are links in the supply chain that can result in more eco-friendly products and cost savings. Our panel will provide informative perspectives on realizing these goals from what they are seeing today.
