In recent years, the titles of CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer), CGO (Chief Green Officer), Director of Sustainability, and others related have been gracing business cards and job boards of many of the world’s companies. Sustainability roles range from supply chain to internal sustainability initiatives. We will discuss:

- What support system does a CSO need in order to make necessary changes in an organization?
- How competitive is the market for these jobs, and what are the sought-after qualifications?
- What size staff and budget typically fall under the responsibility of the sustainability officer? What are the qualifications of the sustainability staff as they are working in a cross functional role?
