Under the Grey to Green initiative, the City of Portland has issued an ecoroof grant program to increase sustainable stromwater management practices, control non-native, invasive plants, and protect sensitve natural areas. The incentive will pay up to $5 per squre foot for new ecoroof projects-- industrial, residential, commerical and mixed-use projects are eligible for the grant opportunity.
