Enel Green Power will be constructing two wind farms in Carney River, Kansas and Rocky Ridge, Oklahoma and will be receiving tax-equity financing from JP Morgan. The 350-megawatt project will receive $340 million from JP Morgan in return for voting rights. In this meeting we discuss the two projects and examine how the expiration of wind PTC’s will spur construction and financing of wind projects.
