For many EV drivers, “Range Anxiety” elicits primal fears of catastrophic existential nihilism, much like Edvard Munch’s transcendent artwork, “The Scream”. While the fears may often be exaggerated, the mere possibility that an EV may run out of stored electricity in a desolate environment far from any charging stations, is a very real impediment to widespread adoption of EVs.
