Financing Building Efficiency in NY RoundTable
Energy efficiency remains a focal point for building stakeholders who want to optimize performance and reach maximum cost savings. This session will explore the current financing market for increased energy efficiency in New York building stock. The discussion will include the dialogue that is needed between the different players involved in retrofitting projects, the current policies enacted by the Mayor's office to increase energy savings in buildings, and understanding projected savings versus actual savings for retrofit projects.
